Baseball Is the Game.
Growth Is the Goal.
The Desert Drillers are built for kids who love baseball and families who want the competitive experience without letting the sport take over everything else.
We focus on fundamentals, baseball IQ, accountability, confidence, teamwork, and learning how to respond when things do not go your way.
Because at this age, these boys are still figuring out the game, their bodies, and themselves.
We want them getting better at all three.
our core
What Matters Here
⚾ Development
Strong fundamentals, smart baseball, and players who keep improving.
⚾ Accountability
Show up. Listen. Work. Own your mistakes.
⚾ Team
Be the kind of teammate other kids want beside them.
⚾ Character
The response after the strikeout, error, or tough loss matters too.
⚾ Fun
They are still kids playing baseball. We plan to remember that.
Competitive Baseball That Fits Real Life
1
✔️ Affordable Club Dues
A competitive club experience without trying to financially ruin the household.
2
✔️ Local Travel
Tucson and Phoenix tournaments once per month.
3
✔️ 2-3 Practices Per Week
Enough reps to develop without baseball owning the entire calendar.
4
✔️ No Sunday Practices
Because rest, family, and life outside baseball still matter.
5
✔️ Multi-Sport Friendly
We like athletes.
Baseball does not have to be their only sport to be taken seriously here.
